I called the company according to the enclosed instructions and the customer service was friendly and most accomodating. I decided to simply order another coat through Amazon as I had done with the first order and I had the size 8 the next day. I returned the larger coat to the company and they gave me a full refund.If the coat had been of common quality I would not have been so intent on having the right size immediately. This coat is very well made. The buttons are sewn on snugly, they are not going to come off. The lining is of a high quality, stitched without any puckers. I typically wear a size 10 or 12 and I ordered it in a 12 and it felt too small through the shoulders. I'm 5'4" and weigh 147 so I was very surprised because the other reviews were stating that it ran a little big on them and my height and weight aren't much different from theirs?
